Children’s Ministry

 

We love kids! And we want every kid to know that God made them, God loves them, and Jesus wants to be their forever friend.   The L.I.F.E. Kids staff is passionate about children having a personal relationship with Jesus Christ….we believe that it’s the single most important thing! Every week we spring kids into a relationship with Jesus through relevant large group teaching, worship, and small groups. Our Rooms, environments, and experiences are designed for each age group, infants through 6th grade. Every volunteer goes through a Child Protection training and background screening to ensure your child’s safety.
 
 
General Information: 

 
Registration
When you first arrive, please come to the L.I.F.E. Kids Information Desk located at the far end of the hallway outside the main worship center. Volunteers will assist you in getting your child(ren) registered for their age appropriate class.

You are welcome to print the Registration Form and complete it in advance. Just bring it with you to the L.I.F.E. Kids Information Desk.  Click here for the Registration Form.
 
Based on ages and developmental stages, your children will be assigned and then escorted to classrooms.
 

Security

  • There must be two volunteers present in the classroom before teachers can begin to receive your children into the classroom.
  • When you check in your children, you will receive two tags.One is a name tag to be worn by your child while in the classroom. The other is a parent security tag with matching numbers. You must have these security tags in order to pick up your children! This is to ensure that no one picks them up without your permission. In the event we need to contact you during the week end service, the child’s last name and security tag number will be posted on the screen in the sanctuary. If you are needed during our mid-week program time, we will contact you via the cell number(2) that we have on file.
  • For safety and stability reasons, we ask that parents check in their children at the door instead of going into the classrooms

 

Enrollment

All first-time guests are asked to come by the L.I.F.E. Kids Information table where we will assist you in completing guest registration information and answer any questions that you may have.  Based on ages and developmental stages, your children will be assigned and then escorted to classrooms.  Once you feel that you are ready to enroll your children in our program and begin receiving L.I.F.E. Kids communication via mail and email, simply let one of our Check In volunteers know and they will complete the paperwork to enroll your children in our program.

 

Wellness Policy

For the protection of all our children, please do not bring your children to class if they exhibit any of the following:

• Fever in the last 24 hours

• Vomiting or diarrhea in the last 24 hours

• Any unexplained rash

• Cloudy or green runny nose

• Pink eye or other eye infections

• Persistent cough

• Any communicable disease

• Any symptoms of common childhood diseases, such as chicken pox, strep throat, etc.
