10:10 Bridge Program Coordinator


  • Ensure the areas used for programming are set up and look attractive each day
  • Ensure supplies and learning tools are available for mentors/child participants
  • Inventory donated items including school supplies, books and personal items
    • Maintain library carts, circulating content every 6 weeks
  • Assist Director to coordinate Fine Arts programming
  • Plan daily play time and games for child participants
  • Supervise student leaders (middle & high school students)
  • Oversee food prep with Jeff Cox and coordinate snack helpers
  • Coordinate transportation to/from schools as well as transportation home to Park North Apartments
  • Assist mentors in accomplishing daily program goals
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with partner schools
  • Responsible for the correct filing of paperwork and character logs for each child
  • Log Bridge Bucks and coordinate Bridge store
  • Assist director in organizing special events around holidays
  • Supervise field placement students meeting USC College of Social Work requirements


  • Bachelors in related field
  • Active Church Involvement:
    • Completed Membership, regular worship attendance and active in a small group setting
  • Three years’ experience working with children
  • Two years’ experience in supervision/management
  • Self motivated: can work independently as well as being a strong team player
  • Can take initiative and complete tasks in a timely manner
  • Strong communication, organizational & writing skills
  • Computer knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and a devoted emailer


  • 18 Hours per week
  • Afternoon/Evening hours expected
