Cafe Associate

We’re looking for a Café Associate who is passionate about hospitality. This position is responsible for the overall successful operation of the Café including Inventory, volunteers and finances.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Volunteer Oversight: Recruiting, training, scheduling and supervising volunteers
• Inventory Management: Responsible for inventory, ordering, stocking and turnover of items
• Finances: Proper documentation including receipts, sales transactions and cash flow
• Service: Efficient service techniques, customer interactions and warm inviting environment
• Sanitation: Provide a clean and safe environment for customers. Rotate inventory
