MIDDLE SCHOOL COORDINATOR
Our Students ministry is a part of a growing church of 6,000+ and ministers to 350+ students each week between small groups, weekly worship programing and Sunday school. We’re looking for a Middle School student ministry coordinator who is passionate about reaching every student in Lexington and the surrounding area and seeing them grow as disciples with Christ-like maturity.

- Support the ministry of Mt. Horeb through prayer, attendance, participation and tithing principle
- View your position as a ministry to the church by serving others
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide leadership and oversight of the Middle School ministry in areas of Bible Teaching, Student Discipleship, Event Planning and Events/Mission
- Work with the Director in rotating teaching assignments for programming and Sunday school
- Attend and facilitate weekly programming and Sunday School when not teaching
- Schedule, recruit and train volunteers
- Seek out relational opportunities and co-lead Middle School small group
- Plan/Lead Missional opportunities for Middle School students
- Plan, lead and execute Confirmation series for Middle School students
- Organize and fulfill social media presence for middle school students for information and communication
- Plan, design and execute events for Middle School students for relational and spiritual formation
