TRADITIONAL WORSHIP PRODUCER

The Traditional Worship Producer is responsible for overseeing production in the Traditional Worship Service, managing the volunteer team it takes to accomplish weekend services and building content presentations for songs and other service elements in ProPresenter.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee weekend service production for Traditional Worship
  • Recruit, train & schedule volunteers for weekend services
  • Build presentations and maintain organization of ProPresenter library
  • Take part in weekly Traditional Worship meetings
  • Communicate with production staff and volunteers as needed
  • Coordinate special event production in Sanctuary
  • Oversee volunteer care for Traditional Worship Production Team

REQUIRED TIME COMMITMENTS | 20 HOURS PER WEEK

  • Worship | Sunday 6:30AM – 12:00PM
  • Team Meeting | Tuesday 12:30PM – 2:00PM
  • Rehearsal | Thursday 6:00PM – 8:30PM
  • Special Events | Easter Events, Christmas Musical, Christmas Eve
  • Misc. Events | Funerals, Weddings, Ministry Programs
  • Other office hours as needed

TEAM RELATIONSHIPS

  • Directly reports to Worship & Production Coordinator
  • Sub-reports to Traditional Worship Director
  • Works directly with the Traditional Worship Team & Production Team
  • Interacts with members of the Pastoral Team
  • Receives updates from the Communications Team
